Spring Ram Welcome takes place two days before the start of the spring semester to welcome all new students, parents and families to Colorado State University. While all new students are expected to participate in their Spring Ram Welcome experience, CSU is also offering programs for parents and families:

Spring Ram Welcome Interest Sessions

Attend the following optional interest sessions that will provide you with unique information about transitioning to CSU.

  • Meet Parent & Family Programs Staff & The CSU Student Experience
    3:00-3:45 pm
    Lory Student Center 308-310
    Meet Parent & Family Programs staff and learn more about the services and programs they provide in partnership with parents and families to support student success in and outside the classroom.  Additionally, sit in on a panel of current CSU students to learn more about their experiences at CSU. This is your opportunity to learn more about resources available to you and your student.
  • Parent & Family Roundtable with University Administrators
    Lory Student Center 308-310
    Join University leadership during an open roundtable where Parents and Families will be able to hear from university leadersabout their vision for CSU, how the university plans to support their students and get to know more about who they are and their extensive experience in and outside of higher education. There will also be time for Q&A from those in attendance.

Join other CSU students, staff and University administrators for a resource fair and mixer opportunity. Connect with current students and administrators and learn more about the resources available to you at CSU! Light appetizers and refreshments are provided, and parent and family members are invited to attend.
