The First Year Mentoring Program is a program designed to assist new first year students in making a successful adjustment to Colorado State University. You will be able to join a group of first year students that will meet regularly throughout the semester, and receive a Faculty/Staff Mentor and a Peer Mentor. This program is a flexible opportunity that is designed to help you make the most of your Colorado State University experience by providing you opportunities to build strong connections with the CSU community.

Transfer Mentor Logo

The Transfer Mentoring Program is a program designed to assist new transfer students in making a successful adjustment to Colorado State University. You will be paired with a Transfer Mentor who will provide you with resources, experience and the opportunity to connect with other transfer students.  Group mentoring and one-on one mentoring are both available.

Year 2 at CSU Logo

Getting to Year Two @ CSU is a one day conference held in the spring semester in the Lory Student Center for first year students (in their second semester) and current transfer students. Students will be able to select breakout sessions to attend throughout the day. Sessions will provide students with information and resources to assist students with the transition to a second year at CSU.

In addition, Ram Connections provides Transfer programs designed specifically for students transfering to CSU. Check out our involvement opportunities under the Transfer Student Link to the left.
