An emerging area of research has been that of second year student transition needs/issues and how to assist with the “sophomore slump”. While many campuses are explore programming solely during the second year to address these needs, Orientation & Transition Programs (OTP)and Key Communities at Colorado State University have taken innovative and proactive approaches to addressing these needs in both the first and second year. What are the issues students face in their second year? What do CSU second-year students say about their experiences on our campus? What makes programming for these students unique? Come join in a conversation about the unique needs of second year students, what programs CSU has implemented to assist these students and how you can best support second year students in your area, department or classroom. **For Faculty & Staff ONLY!**
