Whether you are a prospective, current or international transfer student, Orientation & Transition Programs is here to assist you!

The transfer student population at Colorado State University is growing and very diverse! Transfers come from many different institutions and have many great stories to share. Transfer student typically have unique experiences and an enhanced understanding of college life. Transfer students come from four year institutions, community college, in state/out of state, and are even non-traditional.

Because the transfer experience is so diverse--it is understandable that there are many different needs and struggles. As a transfer student, you may either feel disconnected from the university when you first get to Colorado State University, or you may feel that you already have college experience and adjust quickly.

Orientation & Transitions is dedicated to helping students make those adjustments to CSU campus and the community. Transfer students have many unique experiences and interesting stories to share about their experiences. We understand these needs and aims to fulfill them through academic programming and social activities.
