How to Apply

Please review the position description, including all qualifications and time commitments/important dates, and then complete the online application. In addition to completing all application questions, you will be required to upload the following:

  1. Resume
  2. Personal Statement (Prompt: Briefly describe the importance of detail-oriented office functions in delivering university-wide programming. Please include your motivation for applying for the OTP Office Assistant position, what you hope to gain from this experience, and what OTP will gain from having you on the team.)
  3. Select a date for a group interview.

Submit complete application by Friday, October 23 by 12:00 pm

Selection Timeline:

  • October 9: Application becomes available
  • October 23 by 12:00pm: Completed Applications Due Online
  • October 23: Group Interview Notification
  • October 28 OR 29 5:00-8:00pm: Group Interview (if selected)
  • October 30: Individual Interview Notification
  • November 3 - November 18: Individual Interview (if selected)
  • November 23: OTP Office Assistant Notification
